Cant give these salts enough credit! It has a menthol smell to it. Which I didn't know to start off with but very welcomed. I train 3 x a week in the gym and 3 x mixed martial arts and come Sunday my body has taken a beating and these salts bring me back to life! If you're looking to feel revitalised then this is the product you need for your muscles. This is not to be mistaken for actual pain!

I purchased this muscle scrub after reading many of the positive reviews on Amazon.I am now able to confidently add to these positive reviews having experienced this product first hand myself.The scrub itself is packaged in a pretty decent sized tube, 250g, so it will likely last me quite a while and it has a lovely consistency to it.This scrubs helps to both exfoliate deeply and soothe tired muscles at the end of a long day.Overall I could not have been happier with this purchase :-)

It's ok, but I would not really call it a scrub.The photos show some sort of gritty abrasive, but there's none of that in the bottle.The only abrasive are the salt crystals, but they dissolve almost immediately before they get a chance to scrub anything, so it ends up just being a foaming shower gel.When I bought mine a couple of days ago, it was an Add On Item, and priced at £3.Today it has suddenly jumped up to £5.99, I would not pay that for it.

Love this stuff. Was able to buy it with my weekly supermarket shop until recently but does not seem to be stocked any longer. Delighted to find it on Amazon. I suffer from dermatitis on my lower back. The shower scrub and bath salts are the only things that help at all.

A bottle represents good value and the quality is very good compared even to other premium bath product brands which we've we used.
