I purchased the Porto Vino Wine Purse as a Christmas gift. It arrived on time, but I had an issue with the odor from the purse, as some other people have noted. Porto Vino Customer Service contacted me to find out if I was happy with the purchase. I responded that I loved the purse, but it had an odor. Monica, from Customer Service, apologized and told me that she understood that this happens with some of the purses wrapped in protective plastic after the manufacturing process. She suggested that I either return it or I could use an odor eliminator product called OdoBan and put the small container inside of the purse for a day. Since I wanted to have this as a Christmas gift and time was short, I opted to try the OdoBan. It is available at Home Depot for $1.00. Porto Vino was willing to reimburse me for the OdoBan, which I appreciated but declined.I purchased the OdoBan and it worked perfectly by quickly removing any chemical odor. Afterwards, I noticed a small flaw on the purse handle where there was a black mark on the brown leather purse handle. I contacted Monica in customer Service and sent her a picture of the flaw. She apologized and agreed that the purse was indeed flawed. Because of the previous concern with the odor and then the cosmetic flaw, she offered to express ship another purse to me to arrive before Christmas. In addition, she told me that since I provided the picture of the flaw, I did not need to return the defective purse and that I could keep it. She made it so easy for me! The purse was supposed to arrive by Christmas Eve, but I just received the new purse today (two days early) and it is perfect. Thank you Porto Vino! You have a gem with Monica in Customer Service! I appreciate your quick resolution to the problem and I know the purse recipient will be thrilled with the gift.The purse is very well made. The leather is beautiful; the lining material is tasteful. There is plenty of room for all of your belongings, such as a wallet, keys, phone, make-up, glasses, etc. The way that the insulated zipper compartment hides the pouch to be filled with liquids makes this a purse that you would be proud to use even if you were not using the purse to carry drinks! Love it!It is nice to deal with an Amazon vendor that stands behind their products and quickly resolves issues without having to jump through hoops. Thank you Porto Vino.

I've had the same purse from Walmart for the last fifteen years. I'm not much of a fashion buff; I just need it to hold my things and not clash with everything I wear. But lately, my old purse has started to fall apart (literally), and my husband and I have been going to concerts and not wanting to pony up $8 per tiny glass of wine.I found this purse online and mulled it over for a long time. It looked alright and holds secret wine. I mean, win-win. So I splurged and got it.Honestly, I love this thing. It's cavernous, I can fit literally anything in there. I love the two tiny pockets on one side, I can hold keys and sunglasses and pens. Bigger stuff goes in the bottom, I rarely have a hard time finding anything anymore. The purse is stylish and puts up with a lot of abuse.Let's get to the wine. So I took this baby to a concert filled with a bottle of red wine. They searched my purse at the concert and didn't find the hidden bag of wine. I was worried because it's bright silver in there, so if they got extra nosy and unzipped, I'd be in trouble. I think next time I'll stack some maxi pads on top just to deter the extra nosy security guards and ease my conscience. But, for now, no one has even looked in that zipper.The spout is easy to operate, discreet, and free! Just bring in a cleaned soda bottle for a drink that's usually red (or white for your white wine drinkers), then fill and enjoy. Love this purse!

I purchased this as a gift and had such remarkable feedback from it. I purchased it again! It really does work, and is a perfect tote for every day, even if you don’t use it for your wine!

I just got my bag and I think it's pretty neat. I would have made the straps leather to last longer. I can see I will have to get or make new straps after a few uses. Otherwise this is a great bag for any occasion if you want to bring your own drink discreetly.

I got this for my mom for Mother’s Day. She loved it and thought it was so funny. We also do use it a bunch lol it looks just like the picture. The bag that holds the drink is a little cheap feeling but is held up so far. Overall, I recommend!

I purchased this in hopes of giving it to my best friend for her birthday, but when it arrived, I instantly thought, "well she has no idea what I was getting her, so lets just see what it looks like." :) I opened it and was immediately drawn to the wine fridge and something in my fingers said, "Okay girl, pour that in here and give it a taste!" , so I did. haha And Oh goodness was I happy that I did. I had been looking for something like this for a long time for myself and couldn't believe it worked as good as it did.It's been 4 months and my purse is still going strong. It has been to many girls trips, casinos, bars, and even school functions (I'm only kidding....or am I?) I experienced some leaking, but I just purchased more nozzles and bags from a different company. These weren't bad, but I just wanted a "Bigger" bag.This is a really big Bag by the way and you can get all your swimming necessities inside as well and get through places with no problem. The price of this PortoVino tote was somewhat cheaper, if not the same as some and I am thinking about ordering one for my mother on her birthday in a different color.....(or am I going to get it with my Amazon Prime an use it for myself?....i don't know) lolBut in all honesty, my best friend still enjoyed her birthday and her gift card to Starbucks.

This purse was exactly as described. Good quality and colour was what I expected. It was shipped from US to Canada but it arrived before the expected date.

bought it for my wife and she loves it, if you push the nozzle in and off to the side the flap will stay closed and nobody will know lol

This is a great item, but wish I knew that the bag is to be used only once. The item should have come with 2 pouches for the cost.
