These vanilla beans were amazing! I made triple thick vanilla extract for Christmas for friends and family. These were very strong and made amazing extract in just a few months!I'm going to make more for gifts next year! The cookies and ice cream I made with the extract was wonderful!!! You can't get this flavor with store bought extract. It's simply not the same. I wonder what they do to get their extract that black color as real vanilla doesn't need to be that dark. I think the commercial places add color or something and it isn't as good as these.I leave the beans in the bottles and I take a half of one out after I've made extract, then squeeze the contents into a glass of milk before bedtime. The vanilla milk is amazing and the smell is heavenly!The medical uses of vanilla are vast and are incredible for our health! Even the smell has amazing effects.I will definitely order from this company again! They ferment their beans to perfection and they are ready to use. If you think these smell like pipe tobacco, that's because it is so concentrated! (& fermented then dried vanilla beans are used in pipe tobacco mixes). I don't care for the mix when there's too much in the air, buy leaving the empty package in the kitchen make the house smell wonderful after using the beans.These taste great, are good quality and I will recommend these. I'll be back to buy more of these!

Great deal for the price especially when I think what I used to pay for two shriveled vanilla bean stalks in a glass tube at the organic food markets. Great quality! I’ve bought them three times now and they are moist and very fragrant. They are long and as wide as you would expect. Full of beans!

Beans were in good condition, fresh and fragrant, but most were shorter than 5 inches.

I cut these up to add to my tea blends and they work very nicely and have a great smell and flavor. They come in a vacuum sealed bag and are fresh. I just vacuum seal up the remaining beans for future use, so they stay fresh in the spice cabinet.
