You probably could find something in department stores, but the cost would be so much more. Too expensive for me.

will this get old? i have an unopened tube that has been here for a year. is it still good, or not?,

It is good. I save tubes that are almost empty because there is always some left in the bottom. When I get close to running out of my last tube of Pan Stik, before I order more, I dig out what is left in the tubes. I then put it in a small container with a lid to use until I receive my order. I've had them for at least a year, if not longer and they are fine.
