i used this around my window a/c last year to stop stink bugs from crawling in. it did not work on its own. they were still getting in. sometimes they’d get stuck and die in the tape, but it wasn’t enough.this year, i layered it on top of caulk and expanding foam, and it seems to be holding up way better. i don’t wanna jinx it, but it’s july and so far no issues. fingers crossed it survives stink bug season.the functionality is exactly what i needed this time around. it seals tight and does what it’s supposed to. it has a clean appearance, not bulky or ugly. the glow is decent. bright white so it’s easy to see where it’s applied. the hold is strong and hasn’t peeled, even with heat and humidity. when i tested residue removal, it barely left anything behind. ease of removal is solid too, just peel slow and it comes off clean without tearing.
