Item came on the last date predicted by Amazon. Packaging is thin and damaged, but the book is in fair condition. I found hair inside the book. But it is worth the price compared to the new version since pages are complete and not scribbled on. Overall still acceptable.

This book is a clear, concise and easy-to-use source of statistical information in the use of calculating probability values and testing significance levels. It has everything the typical statistician needs, including a short description of the functions involved and their calculation formulae. For those who say that this is 'boring' and 'dry', bear in mind that this is not a qualitative book to read from cover to cover, it is, as the title suggests, a set of tables for statistical use. In order to use them, one will need to learn about statistics from a textbook or guide in order to understand their use

My university insists this is a must have for my course and that these are provided for specific exams at my uni so learning the way they set stuff out in this book is a good idea and so get 5 stars as can help for my exams and coursework
