I need replacement lead wires. How do i get them? I cant seem to get help

Can I purchase just the carrying holder?

Sciatica. for those that are using this for this nightmare. may i ask where you are putting the pads? which setting? any help would be much appreciate

I put one pad on the back of my leg, slightly off center about 4 inches below my butt, where the sciatic nerve is. The second pad is placed right over the bine in my butt. I use the kneading setting on 2 ton3 ish for 70 mins several times a day or when the pain hit's. You're right. Its a nightmare pain.
