Best Printer Ever
I bought this printer because it was exactly the same model as the one I have. After 10 years my printer decided not to print anymore. I tried to fix it. I looked for a new printer but the new printers do not allow using remanufactured ink. I still had 4 full cartridges in the printer and a boxed shipment waiting in line. There were no other printers that used my toner. I do not remember how much I paid 10 years ago but knowing me, the printer was on sale. Finally, I decided to look for another printer exactly like mine. This printer on Amazon was everything I wanted. DN Printer Solutions quickly sent me a refurbished model and I had no problem getting it up and running the same day. It was packaged carefully and it even came with toner! I have had my printer for four months and it still works perfectly. This company was easy to work with and they sold me a perfect product that I love.

Customer service is no longer service.
after 1 and a half month it stopped working and calling the tech support has been a pain. No one gets back to you. I had 2 call everyday and I get the same answer the tech will call you back. Would not recommend

Toner cartridges were not included
Toner cartridges were not included with the printer. It appears that this is a refurb or return, since it did not compe in the original box. Neither detail (no toner or refurb) was included in the product description. I will not know if the printer works until I receive the toner I ordered.

something is very wrong here
I got this in September 2024. There is an issue with the printer says "jam in output ben. Open rear door and clear jam" there is no jam. So well getting some support to fix the issue. They told me it was bought in 2014. I do have one at my other house. So I dont know what to do now. I just want it to work. please get a hold of me to fix this issue please.

1st one didn't work
After I contacted them about the faulty unit, they said that they would send another and give instructions to return the first one. 2nd one came after a couple weeks with no return info. I have to pay to dump the 1st one, an extra $18.
