I have psoriasis on my palms and my skin tends to crack open, which is very painful. I use this to fill in the cracks & it helps so much. It’s a bit thicker and pastier than any creams or hand lotions, so it stays in the cracks & helps moisturize & helps healing. I think it’s been discontinued because I can’t find it in the stores anymore, which is unfortunate.

This is really hard to find. I am glad I bought the 2 pack when I had the chance. The only thing to fix my dry, cracked hands.

This is my go- to product for finger cracks during our dry winters. I apply it at night and throughout the day and my sore hands heal quickly.

My husband has a terrible time with his fingertips and around the nail splitting in the winter. This will heal a crack faster than anything else we’ve tried. He uses it all the time and never wants to be without it.
