This is fantastic! I recently had a knee replacement. This is a fabulous help in stretching out my calf muscles morning and night. It is awesome being able to adjust the height. My husband uses it too. Very sturdy and the non skid surface makes it easy to use either in my sneakers or bare feet.

This is a very well-built, furniture-grade device. But most importantly, it's working for me. I've been suffering from plantar fasciiatus for months, and running out of things to try to remedy it. After a visit to a physical therapist who recommended a slant board as part of the treatment, I purchased this one. So far, after only one week, this thing seems to be working. I'm not out of the woods yet, but for the first time in months, I'm heading in the right direction. This StrongTek Slant Board, is assembled with high-quality components, a very nice smooth finish, and it's infinitely adjustable. The design for the hinge mechanism and height adjustment is very well thought out. It's on par with cabinet level fit and finish. All-in-all I think it's well worth the money.

This is a fairly impressive devices. When doing squats, it really isolates your quads without placing any strain on your knees.

WOW. I have had very tight Calf muscles, but I did not realize how tight. I was doing some exercises and My Calf muscles Screamed “Hey we need HELP” ! I remembered My Physio talking to me about a Slant Board Stretching Wedge. At the time I thought “good idea” , but soon forgot about it until My Calf’s reminded me with much Pain! I remembered the Slant Board. I am a Big Guy who has Worn out good Exercise equipment! I need something very Strong and well made. This is it! I purchased the StrongTek Slant Board X-LARGE size. The inside box says holds up to 500LBS. The Slant Board is adjustable from a 15 Degree Slant to 35 degrees Slant. This is important Feature to get adjustability on a Slant Board. Basically you stand on it for 5 minutes. Starting at 15 Degrees is challenging depending on your Physical Health. This Board also works on your Balance. I am now at 20 Degrees for 5 minutes and can feel the Stretch in My Calf’s, Hamstrings and Glutes. For Me this Slant Board has really made a BIG difference. I can feel My Muscles Stretching slowly as I stand there. Awesome. Yes I spent $100 on this Board, but what is YOUR HEALTH WORTH? This Slant Board was been Worth every penny for Me!
