Good train
Great train engine. Can pull many cars even up hill. If it’s over loaded it will go up on just its back wheels but my son will gently help it out. Seems durable. Has provided hours of fun already and we haven’t had to replace the battery yet. Speed is good too. Faster than the others we have.

Great for the train loving toddlers
My son played with this at a museum and it was so cute! It is a great addition to his train table and track and he loves to watch it zoom around. It is easy for him to use and maneuver and the speed is just right - some go too fast and fly off around a curve, but not this one. The colors are bright and fun. So far we haven't had any issues with it standing up to being dropped, so let's hope that stays that way as it is used. I would gift this to another train loving toddler, it's a unique gift!

Fast, strong train
This train works great with our brio train tracks. It is way faster and stronger than the Brio train that we got. I really appreciate that it takes standard AAA batteries rather than some strange coin cell battery that I don’t have because obviously my kids are going to run this thing constantly and go through a lot of batteries.

Great
Got this to replace the motorized car that came with Gigglescape Target set. So much better - strong, fast, sturdy, and easy to operate for a toddler.

Good power
This is our favorite battery powered train. Works with Brio and Ikea tracks. It has good battery life and power.

Great little train
This little thing is mighty! It pulls tons of trains attached with no problem. I compared this train to a Brio battery train and this one was much, much better. It's heavier, sturdy, easy for kids to operate, colorful and strongly magnetized, and above all its cheap. The Brio trains can run 30+ for one battery train and preforms so very much worse. They are slower, hard to figure out, and made of basic plastic. In comparison this train was hands down a better purchase.

Nice little mover
Works as advertised. A bit on the slower side, but I think that is to be expected in order for it to be stable on a wooden track. Works on our Melissa and Doug wood track, and can carry a bunch of cars with it.Battery compartment is very secure, screwed in, AAA batteries.

The best wooden train accessory available
The media could not be loaded. This little engine is super awesome! We love Brio but it can be quite pricey to build a set. So we’ve been diversifying since hitting the several hundred dollar amount on Brio. It appears that Brio, Hape, and Maple Landmark are compatible. But some ML tracks are a bit thicker in depth and the trains might get stuck where two tracks meet. That aside, this little engine is so inexpensive and high quality that it’s just unbelievable. Really nice addition to our Brio system. The little guy couldn’t be happier to finally have a locomotive. As another mentioned, this thing goes and goes so try not to lose track of it. Oh, what we (as parental units :)) love the most is that this thing is quiet, perfect for playing with while the baby is sleeping (if sleeping in the same room).
