I love this phone. I cannot say enough good things about it. First off, I only have to charge it every few days, there are not a lot of apps burning off power running in the background. Next, I wanted to see how tough it really was, and I have dropped on the concrete at least a dozen times now, just to show my family that it will not break. Also, I live in the USA, and took to my carrier, they installed a Sim card and I was up and running. One thing to keep in mind there is no setting to keep the screen from shitting off after ten seconds of not touching it. However I figured out a work around for that, just rest one finger on the fingerprint pad on the back and that will keep the screen lit up . The speakers are so loud my brother said the neighbors could hear them. The phone is quick to switch from wifi to data without missing a beat. The company that I ordered from was amazing, they stayed in touch with me during the entire process of ordering, shipping and even after the phone was delivered and I still had questions, they were very accommodating. Excellent company and excellent phone as well.
