I been using this B Complex for awhile mainly because as a capsule it has only what it's suppose to B vitamin.No Stearic acid, Rice powder,Soy,Tapioca fillers. I personally prefer liquids and loose powders .I'd rather pay more get less but have it completely undoctored.And they have lab testing ,and use glass bottles. I look into every company's background.For my own good to know about them not their Ads.It smells like B and it shows up in the potty like B

Easy to swallow. Water solvable. One a day. Vit B’s are essential to our health. I have been using this product for about a year and my Vit B panel (B1, B2, B3, B6, B12, and other vitamins and minerals) supporting levels are at a “Functional” health level. Meaning standard lab values tend to be lower and do not capture the opportunity for peak functional health. Also, my MCV numbers are great which is a secondary indicator of absorption and utilization in my system. This is import because it measures the strength and virility of my red blood cells.

I really am a pharmacist.. for years my wife has had headaches and problems sleeping.. terrible nightmares, restlessness, etc.. - so severe that she actually avoided sleeping, a fact that I just realized over the past couple of days... - and lately she has been losing energy during the day, and has had a progressive loss of appetite. I was reminded that vitamin b6 is sometimes used as a headache treatment.. so I looked around and found that the amount in this product closely mimicked the dose being used for the patient I was previously working on. so, I gave her a capsule at bedtime... because it was bedtime when I figured this out. INSTANTANEOUSLY ... headaches gone, appetite back, no more nightmares, no restlessness. sleeping all night without waking up... so... cannot be a placebo effect event, as I only told her it might work for her headaches. but, could have been just a lucky night... so, have been repeating for several nights so far... same result.. like flipping a freaking switch. so... although I have hunches which components are causing this effect, I really don't know... but I am impressed by the apparent bioavailability and activity of whatever it is that is working. I have used their alpha lipoic acid before.. intend to switch as many of the supplements my patients and myself use to this brand.

This B Complex supplement is really helping my health return. The only reason I rate it at 4 stars is that it turns my urine electric yellow. Not sure why - in the past when this has happened, the supplement contained a dye.

We only just started taking these, but they seem pure and seem to have a strengthening effect - as B vitamins should, right? It's always so hard to assess with supplements, but the absence of any bad response is always a good thing. So far, so good. I like this brand. I use quite a few of their other formulas. It came recommended by my acupuncturist who is also a Chinese Herb practitioner.

This is a great product for those that have a lot of stress as it takes the edge off. It also is an ideal product for people that have the MTHF gene mutation as it has both the folic and vita Bs in the methyl form (no point in taking Vita B if you have the mutation and it is NOT the methyl form). When you compare all the amounts of each vitamin to other similar products, this provides much more so is actually worth the extra money.
