Great price and performance
Hard to go wrong with time tested strings like these. Sliding, bending, hammer on or pull off isn't a problem for these good quality, good sounding strings. These will get you a nice bright tone or nice and dirty no problem. Never had a problem with tension or staying tuned. Great price and performance.

great classic strings!!
Ernie Ball Regular Slinky strings are an absolute game-changer! The perfect balance of tone, feel, and durability makes them my go-to choice every time. They have a bright, crisp sound with rich mids and punchy lows, making them ideal for everything from blues to rock to metal. What really sets them apart is their smooth playability—bends feel effortless, and they hold their tuning exceptionally well. Plus, their longevity is impressive; they don’t lose their brilliance quickly like other strings I’ve tried. Whether you’re shredding, riffing, or playing clean, these strings respond beautifully. Highly recommended for any guitarist looking for reliability and great tone! Great value for my money!!

Good strings at a reasonable price.
Classic Ernie Ball strings. Work perfectly, sound good, lower price than individual packs. These are real Ernie Balls, or at least the ones I got were.I did break one high E after a couple weeks, but I bought a pile of generic individual 10's for my Ibanez trem equipped guitars, because I swap the high E 0.09 for a 0.10 due to excessive breakage...

Perfect Goldilocks feel between 9 and 10 sets.
I’ve used the similar Daddario 9.5-44 set for years. The regular 9 and 10 sets were either too floppy/uneven or too stiff, respectively. The main thing I didn’t like about the 9.5-44 set was the B string, which always felt looser than the rest of them. It always felt like it’s stuck out like a sore thumb, but I just put up with it.So when I saw Ernie Ball made an identical set except for a very slightly larger B string (12 vs 11.5), I bought the three pack for the heck of it to see how they fared.Ernie Ball strings always had a warmer rounder tone right out of the package, and it was nice to go back to that sound after all these years (I used Pink Slinky’s back in 1994). With a tighter and more even feeling B string now, I think this is going to be my go to set for all of my guitars. I’ve had this set on my guitar for about three weeks and they still sound fresh. I don’t gig or anything so it’s usually an hour or two a day after work in the air conditioning. They seem like good strings and aren’t going dull yet, which was how I remember them back in the 90s.Highly recommended.

New strings
Very very nice strings, I bought these a while ago for my acoustic, and they’re perfect. They sound amazing, they’re very durable, and of course, the perfect length, I’d definitely buy this again.

Wish I had known about these sooner
Best strings I've ever owned, and wish I had used them sooner. The playability is amazing and it doesn't take much effort to get used to them. I've even felt like my speed has improved because of the improved ease of play. Best of all is how easy it is to do bend vibratos!Players with locking tuners, go easy when locking the 7 gauge string because you can easy crush and snap it. I learned the hard way but now I have a perfectly good set-up.

Tried and True
Tried and true, you can't go wrong with Slinkys, the industry standard for a traditional, non-coated string. It's not a coincidence they're played by all the best guitarists in the world. The sound and feel are great and always consistent. I recommend buying from Amazon or a reputable seller. These came from a non-music related third party seller and the shipping time was very long. But nonetheless the product itself is 5 stars.
