TYR Happy Fish Junior Silicone Cap

I got this for swim class in the winter time. It fit my 4 year old son perfectly. With the exception of slightly around the nape of the neck and ears, it kept his hair dry. He has tons of curly hair, and it did take a little practice getting it on with all his curls inside. He loved that it kept the water out of his ears. It's adorable and durable. He likes being "Nemo." It's a tight fit and left a small red mark on his head after an hour. However, he did not think it was too tight and didn't complain of it hurting at all. It's comfortable enough that he wears it around the house to play in.

I bought the Nemo Orange fish for my 6 yr old daughter and she loves wearing it. She always hated the swim caps earlier cause they used to pull her hair. But this one fits her head nicely and does not pull on her hair. Although there is some portion of hair near the neckline which is not covered by this cap.That is the only reason I took a star off.The quality of the cap looks very durable ..does not smell like some other silicone caps and is very soft and comfortable. I forgot the cap in the shower where she takes the swim lessons and the next day I checked the lost and found but no one returned it.Someone really liked the cap, way to much, to keep it!!! So here I am back to buy the same cap again :)

My 2 year old son was required to wear a swim cap for his swim class and this is the one my husband picked out. He received tons of complements on how cute it was. My only issue with this swim cap is that my son is biracial and has medium length curly hair and we could not get all of his hair to fit under the cap. The ends of his hair constantly got wet and only the top was protected from the chlorine water. Besides this issue, the cap was great. If you child has short hair I recommend this cap. However, if your child has medium to long hair I highly recommend you find something better

Just opened this and it immediately split along the fold before I was able to put it on my daughter's head. I went to return it, but it says that I am outside the return window. Don't waste your money. The material is supper-thin and flimsy.

My daughter has been using this for over 8 months now... keeps the hair in, and actually keeps her from pulling her hair when she puts her goggles off and on. Does NOT keep the hair dry, that is oddly not the function of a swim cap. Does limit the chlorine exposure to the hair though, allowing for more swim time. Easy to put on and remove and does not develop and foul odors. a great little cap. would recommend. she looks cool in the water too...

kids love it. fits my 6.5 yr old. Update in November 2015. less than 6 months after purchase, the cap tore. Mind it, that this cap was only used by a 6 yr old once a week for 45 mins, aprox. 15 hours total usage time.

My daughter loved the cap when we received it, but after using it a couple of times, I decided to buy her another bigger one. My daughter is only 6 years old, but she has long hair and the cap was very-very tight for her. The cap would leave marks on her forehead, but still her hair would get wet. The reason why I still gave the cap a 4-star rating is because it fits my son perfectly (he is 1 year old) and he will get to use it this summer. Ultimately I got my daughter a cap for adults with long hair and she is finally happy!

My daughter loves wearing her "Finding Nemo" cap! There's even a little fin that sticks up which just adds an element of imagination to an already adorable swim cap. It's jr sized, so it's a good fit now with her hair. As it gets thicker/bigger and she has braids/twists, we might need to substitute with the adult cap we have so that there's room to include the Lycra bathing cap we pair with this swim cap. Bottom line: So far, so good :)
