So if this sounds suspicious, we'll not my problem. My problem was a sore arm in the morning and a grumpy wife, why? Snoring was the culprit. So think what you like, they worked...better than the sticky nose things, the extra pillows, the mouth guard which I did not try because I know someone who did. As crazy as this sounds, they do open passages in nostrils and I can breath better. I mean they resemble to straws ct to size, but more comfy. Can't say they will work for everyone but they have for me. I understand the different sizes being shipped in one package, I found my size. And if you had to order a size and they did not fit, do you think they really want them returned after they were in your nose?
