Spacious & Fun!!!
I didn't know what to think of at it first, as I wasn't expecting anything, and bought it for a thought, of wanting to try something a few years back and compare it to today’s stuff, and did some searching and found these for $34.99, what could I lose, right?Well for something 3 years old, it’s not bad, it has a really fun sound, reminds me of the 1More Triple driver earphones, but a tad less muddy, still warm sounding, vocals are just a touch back, isolation is very good, and I have to admit, these are now the comfort champs, they’re light, small, and I forget they’re in my ears, no discomfort after hours of listening. I did replace the tips it came with, with a pair of foam ones I like, though it does come with foams and silicone tips, two cords that work fine and a nice carrying case.Earphones I’ve used, Ikko 01, KZ ZSX, Tin T2, Brainwavz B400, Blon BL-03, TFZ T2 Galaxy, Semkarch SKC-CNT1, Samsung’s and 1More triple drivers. My favorite without adding any DAC, Music Player/DAP, or EQ’n is the Semkarch, they are fun & lively. But… when I add a Tube amp to these(AudBos), they go up a notch in sound quality, becoming spacious, very spacious and smooth, and the signature is a very fun one. Lows that boom, pulsate and rumble all defined with a smooth flow. Instruments are easily found and followed, clarity on sound is there. As I said using the tube brings out the spaciousness of them and vocals sound a tad more closer, syncing up with the highs without pain, there is still alot of detail in these, even though they run on the warmer side, the lows don’t bleed into the mids to bad and there’s just a very slight backness in the mids, but they somehow echo into your mind from a little distance away, resonating so beautifully, just an amazing pair of IEM’s. I know sound is subjective to taste, for me these are really fun to listen to, as sounds seem to poor in on multiple levels, Very Spacious with the Tube amp! Got to emphasize that. Now for build quality, this is where they suffer, the seams don’t line up in IEM’s (the shells), and on the left IEM the cable comes off the IEM quite easily if pulled on, just popping off when taking off of the ears, which I would send back for this problem to have them replaced, but I can’t cause this was the last pair they had, and because I absolutely love these with a tube, I’m not sending them back for a refund either. Comparing them to the Blon’s, the Blon’s are silky smooth, great define lows that bounce and a treble that get’s right up there, yet doesn’t hurt, mids are good as well. But these are funner on a tube, if it wasn’t for the tube, the Blon’s would be in front, but I don’t like the Blon’s on a tube, as they’re already smooth, and by adding a tad more messes that great sound up they naturally have.Tracks I listened to, “Honeybee” by Steam Powered Giraffe, Daoko with TeddyLoid(which was awesome on the lows/highs), AC/DC “Let There Be Rock”(Guitar n vocals), Paloma Faith “Never Tear Us Apart”(Female vocals), Gary Numan “My Name is Ruin”(Male Vocals), Poppy “Scary Mask”, Sigrid “High Five”, Anna of North “Baby”, Glass Animals “Gooey”, Iron Maiden “The Number of the Beast”, Halsey “Alone”, Yello “The Race” and much more, heavy metal/country/R&B/Rock/Trance all was great on these. I’m not giving these old things up, it’s just as beautiful and fun as the Semkarch, they’re both unique flavors.

A brand I have never heard of making an exceptional IEM for a steal of a price!
This IEM is my favorite of the 4 IEM"s I own. I also own the Klipsch S4, Shure SE215, and the Sennheiser IE80. The build quality is among the best I have seen from an IEM with it's metal housings and quality cables. The housings are slightly smaller than the SE215 which is a good thing for me as the SE215's pressed on part of my ear towards the rear but not too bad. These do not, they are the perfect size for my smaller than normal ears. Once in place they stay secure due to their fit and the way the cord wraps behind the ear. The only thing I do not like about the 2 different cables supplied is neither has a mic, controls, or a slide adjuster to tighten the cord on the back side of your head or under chin. The bass, treble, sound stage and airiness is better than any of the three other IEM's mentioned above. The Sennheiser IE80's mids are very simular to these at more than double the cost but they also lack the accuracy in the treble and bass region. The IE80's also do not fit as secure or isolate as much as these. The isolation on these are almost as good as the SE215's. The SE215's sound is compressed and lacks the treble and air these have. The Klipsch S4's fall short on everything these have to offer. The only thing I found which might improve as I use them is the treble being a little too much with some tracks I played but a simple fix for that was switching to the foam tips instead of the silicone that come already attached. Doing this makes these almost perfect out of the box to my ears. You will find it hard to find a triple driver IEM in this price range that can compete like these can with very reputable companies like Sure and Sennheiser.

Took a chance for use on stage, and was not disappointed.
I was looking for a set of IEMs for use on stage. As a musician and sound tech, I've learned to be weary of too-good-to-be-true pricing & advertising, or off-brand gear most of the time. Based on the small number of reviews here, and my tendency to take risks, I bought a couple of these for me & my wife. I was not disappointed. I've been listening to these for a few hours, trying to find some shortfalls, and to my ears, they are excellent. They sound completely smooth, top to bottom. And the bass response goes deep. Running through a tone generator, I'm getting consistent response down to 40Hz, below which it tapers off to nothing by around 25 Hz. The highs start to taper off at about 15kHz, tapering off completely by about 17 kHz. (The average adult can't hear these frequencies very well, if at all, though I'm still able.) I haven't found that this realistically impacts the breathiness of vocals or cymbals. There is very slight accentuation around 4.5 kHz and 6 kHz, which add to the clarity, but is not boosted enough to sound harsh even when turned up loud - unless you're listening to a track where the mastering engineer obviously got carried away with the highs (like I am right now), in which case it will be more sibilant. On better-mixed tracks, sibilance is not an issue. These are going to be replacing the earphones I've been using for the last 12 years for causal listening as well. I can hear parts in songs that I haven't noticed before - particularly with bass solos, wherein the notes are very well articulated & clear. The only thing I can really complain about is that the cord is a little on the short side - I plug directly into an Aviom A360 on stage, so this required an extension. If I were plugging into a wireless pack, though, the length would be perfect.
