Bought as a birthday present for a friend. She was delighted

This is a typical'80s scent, almost impossible to buy in UK, used to be sold in Harrods. Hard to find in France too. That makes it an even better buy here through Amazon.Its a grown-up scent for a sophisticated woman. Much more of a perfume than some of todays light or chemical smelling fragrances. If you want a scent for sultry evenings, Bal a Versailles won't disappoint.

I bought this cause Michael Jackson loved it and I wear it to remind me of him. It has an old fashioned, almost talcum powdery kind of smell and it took me some time to get used to but now I love it.

I was not happy with product because I do not believe it is the genuine perfume the label on the bottle is peeling off which I would not expect this on this product also the smell is not the same as I had before. I'm very disappointed

My wife loves this perfume and it can be hard to get hold of in the UK. The shippers delivered it in good time - she's happy so I'm happy.

I have been wearing this perfume for years so feel able to suggest that this bottle was out of date as the perfume was not so good! So, a disappointment; but this may be because it has been out of production as I have not been able to find it in shops or duty free.

This gorgeous perfume has been around for ages but I have been unable to source it. Finally, I Googled it and found that Amazon sold it. It's still a marvellous scent. The only thing is it doesn't last as long as I seem to remember it did all those years ago in the 1960s! Maybe the actual perfume would be longer lasting.
