It's a punch tool blade
It is what it says it is and as long as you dont use it for other things it will last about a year then just replace it (depends on how much you use it). I would just go to Graybar and pick these up, but i had a large order with Amazon and went ahead and picked this up too. Recommend buying from local Graybar

Wiring bind
We had to run a new line at work for our entire phone system. We bought a punch down tool but it came with the wrong kind of punch.We received this tool pretty quick, so we had no issue getting the new phone system installed.

Works as intended
Hard to say much more than it does what it was engineered to do. I had to fix some shoddy phone wiring in my house and this let me punch wires into the patch board with ease.
