Great product!
This unit is so easy to use and accurate that it takes a lot of guesswork out of woodworking as well as other projects. The response time is really fast and I read with some other similar products that this can be a problem. This is definitely not a problem with this product. I push a button and in a second or two it is doing what it is supposed to do. No lag. For the most part it is self-explanatory but it does come with detailed instructions that make it even easier if you need those. I wouldn’t even keep scrolling. If you’re in the market for a product that will make your woodworking or around the house jobs like hanging pictures easier, just buy this one. The price is as good or better versus comparable products and the performance is second to none. I haven’t had to use their customer service because I haven’t had any issues but it was clear when I made my purchase that if I do need anything, they will have me covered.

Works perfectly for my Table Saw (Dewalt 7491RS)
I finally got a chance to put this little unit through its paces...and I like it. It's got an easy-to-read, back lit display, the magnets are powerful enough to stick the unit to my blade and it is accurate. I've actually measured several surfaces with three separate levels, then checked them against the TickTock tools angle finder, and they all matched. (If you zero it out, pick it up and then place it back on the same spot, you get the same reading, which also makes the measurements repeatable.) The most impressive thing about TickTock Tools is their customer service. My unit arrived broken (it appears the carrier was a little rough on my package.) So I reached out for support. Bill replied within minutes and immediately shipped a new unit; I had it in my hands the very next day. That's right, the very next day! Good quality products with excellent customer service, what else could you ask for? Thanks TickTock Tools. I look forward to doing business again.

Very easy to calibrate tablesaw, drill press, and miter saw
It arrived well packaged. The directions say to turn unit off before inserting the battery, but that doesnt make any sense since it’s not receiving power. The unit is very sensitive to any motion. I zeroed it then placed it on my table saw to do a 90 degree check. I next placed it on the blade and adjusted the tilt to 90 degrees. I then placed it back on the saw table and instead of reading zero degrees it would sometimes read 0.1 degrees. Certainly not a deal breaker for me as I would simply repeat the process until I consistently go 0 deg on my table and 90 degrees on the saw blade. I then proceeded to do same for my drill press and miter saw. Overall very pleased with ease of use. I would certainly buy again if needed. I’ll be storing it in its carrying case and placing the case in a ziplock bag.As per manufacture instructions I’ll be storing it without the battery installed. It's now 2/2024. I've been using this several years. I've been extremely happy with this purchase and I've not had any issues so far in the last 5 years

Way higher quality than other units!
You will eventually be sorry if you buy one of the lower quality units that all look the same on Amazon! Some might sell for a few dollars less but the quality is much lower. The unit from TickTockTools is definitely built better without question. It has an aluminum alloy frame and the plastic parts are much stronger. With the other units, it feels like you can stick your finger right into the display! This one is heavier and you can tell right away that it is built stronger. As far as accuracy, this unit is as good or better than any other unit I've seen. The numbers don't jump around. It adjusts from one surface to the next very quickly. The magnets are very strong and will not slide or let go of metal surfaces. Your results are highly reproducible. It has so many uses and the hold button is a pretty cool additional feature. Overall very easy to use this tool. Bottom line is that you won't be disappointed if you get this one. There are other good products out there but there are also a lot of not so good products out there. This is a great value at under 30 bucks!

Working with angles or level space? This is for you!
I thought I would be able to measure all types of angles with a manual device. Was I ever wrong. Having installed a dual bevel miter saw, it was imperative to have all of the angles perfect. This does it for you. Find a known correct angle as a preference and you're ready to go. all aspects of this saw are now perfectly aligned! All of my angles can be quickly checked BEFORE I make the cut. Once I do, I can always recheck it on the item cut. The precision is excellent, getting to .1 degree. I plan to use it on my telescope also as being level to the earth is critical for proper tracking.

Patience seems to be the key
This device is super easy to use and read, but it has one major setback in my opinion. When trying to get my table saw blade at a perfect 90 degree angle the angle finder would continuously bounce back and forth between 90 degrees and 89.9 or 89.8 degrees. Almost like the angle was somewhere between 89.9 and 90, although my square showed the blade at a perfect 90. It took some time and a bit of patience but eventually after waiting around the angle finder finally decided to stay at 90 degrees. It seems to work but be patient cause it does take some time for the device to figure out that it's ar a perfect 90. On the other hand, at 45 degrees it seemed to work instantaneously. It's a great tool for HELPING me find the correct angle, but I always double check with a square and/or a manual angle guage.
