This product has bigger flakes of garlic than all the rest that I've tried and has a very strong garlic taste, it's excellent and very reasonable!

Minced garlic stays fresh for longer. it has a better flavor than granulated garlic because it’s not degraded by air as much. I normally use it as is but it can be easily ground up if you prefer a finer texture.Minced garlic is far superior to granulated garlic IMO. This lasts a long time and keeps the flavor better.

I was looking for Minced garlic in the large of quantity and I was having no luck. I didn't want the wet kind. I found this and am very happy. Tastes good and was sealed well. I have no problem cooking with it and seems like high quality. Would buy it again.

Good price, a little slow receiving it, one of the containers was opened, Amazon removed the cost of this one container from my credit card
