I read all the negative reviews before I got these but I just couldn't resist the colour. I thought if they shrink too baldy I can use them folded up to catch drips by the dish draining rack or something. But after a couple washes I see no distortion or shrinkage. I do wash and dry on medium not hot, and I take my laundry out of the dryer while damp and finish it by airdrying so I guess that's the secret. It's flimsy cotton, of course it'll shrink if you expose it to serious heat.I really like the absorbency. It's hard to explain fabric texture in words... I have bought teatowels online before that were allegedly cotton but they were so stiff that water just beads off, as if they were synthetic. In contrast these are quite thin with a nice "cottony" texture, like a sturdy cheesecloth (but waffle weave of course), so they absorb water very readily! They are also light enough to airdry really fast.I am delighted to make that tradeoff- having a delicate fabric that does the job very well, but needs a little care. Much better than those other sturdy ones I mentioned that can take abuse but don't do their job at all.And the color is delightful! Exactly like it looks in the pics.I'm considering getting another pack so when these wear out I won't be sad!

They are great for the money, and I love the color

These are a pretty color and nice towels. But when you wash them, when will shrink and fade a lot (see my photo showing one new and one washed once), so don’t be surprised.

I ordered the brown, which is classic and not unattractive in a cherry wood kitchen.Oversize dimensions means the diagonal drag from the sewn-in corner woven tab (from which you can hang the cloth) may be an issue if your hook or drawer pull is not too high off the floor.Love the medium thickness. It's neither terry nor cheesecloth nor muslin nor waffle weave nor microfiber. It's a simple, India-made weave with the same look of a swiss dot (since the contrasting white woven accent is not a dot but a "rice" shape, it's called a rice weave. Really kind of a nice break from my other towels.Plenty absorbant and soft. Useful for drying dishes and picking up water off the counter. 100% cotton without weird sizing. Can't beat the price for what you get.

Sorry to say, but these shrink out of shape and puff up into an odd shape that takes up a lot of room in the towel drawer and doesn't seem to absorb water from dishes very well. I use them for rags now along with my older and stained dish towels. They make great cleaning cloths but not dish cloths. They were not expensive so I would have paid this much to buy rags, and we do go through rags quickly so it hasn't been a loss for us. I just would not purchase them as a dishcloth again.

The Seller sold at good price and made sure it got here on time if not a little early. The package was in good shape showing that the shipping and handling people are doing a great job sending them. The product looked so nice all tied up with a nice ribbon. Now the product does what it say, it is super absorbent & the weaves on the towel looks nice & I love the color. These are pictures of what they look like after one washing. I can't lay them in the towel drawer but because they work so well, I found a different place to stack them. Maybe if I washed them & hung them, they would turn up so much. You never know...

For fall and Christmas. They are great. I washed by themselves and dried. They faded somewhat but not bad. Didn’t fray any. Love the feel of the material. Would recommend. Oh and no shrinking. Thank you

I needed a color that didnt show stains & this color matched my kitchen. I washed them & they didnt shrink at all. they came in a pack of 6 , so it was a good value.

Great when new but shrunk when washed. Useless towels

Only six towels should be twelve getting no help from Amazon to replace them they have no contact for supplier .

I like the fact that these actually dry my dishes, my others are all in the bin now

Optisch sehr schön, aber reisst nach ein paar Mal Gebrauch, schade.Hier war der Preis zunaecjst niedrig aber die Haltbarkeit so kurz, so dass der Preis dafür wieder zu hoch war.

These tea towels are a lovely colour and I am really impressed by how nice they are for the price! Although I haven't used them yet I am really happy with them.
