Ordered this for uni, whilst the bag is a good size and more or less as described, the biggest let down was the strap. Although the product picture shows a shoulder pad on the strap, the product I recieved did not include this and the strap is a little flimsy without it. The bag is adequate, but if the pad on strap is not as standard it should not be displayed prominently on the product pictures.
