works well but..
It's nice but in order to use it, I have to take off the protective gear which I don't like doing for such an expensive investments... so I sent it back and found one with a chord.

A must have!
This worked great, it has enough room where I can leave my Surface plugged in and then add the external device . Highly recommend!

I tried two of these, neither worked.
Very disappointing but, despite the reviews above, this product does not work. Nothing connects, not SD cards, USB flash drives, nor the HDMI port. On the hope the one I recieved was a defective unit, I requested an exchange rather than a return/refund (which Amazon did and swiftly) but the second one is a bust as well. This time, the blue light did turn on momentarily and my Surface Go briefly registered something connecting, but the connection dropped almost immediatly. It's a bad product and I am returning this second unit for a refund and will not try a third.

Just what I needed
It is slim just like the Surface Go and gets me connected to my main computer quickly. Fast service and will order again.

Got it, and didn't work at all just a slab of plastic.
Literally didnt work, called Amazon about a non never working product and got my money back. Don't go for this bc its cheap, actually go for something name brand, THAT WORKSSSSSS
