What are the dimensions of the knives, not the package?

Just the plastic handle is 11cm x 2cm. The green knife blade is10cm, the yellow & red are 8cm. So overall the longest (the green) is 21cm

Is one of these knives good for cutting a hard cheese i.e. a mature cheddar cheese? Or does the blade slide off as with other knives I have used?

I have found these knives invaluable for practically everything. Ours in is use daily for slicing hard and soft cheeses, although if one is trying to slice a big, whole cheddar then obviously one would need a knife with a longer blade.
