Switch isn’t wired up properly
Poor build quality. The switch wasn’t wired in. After taking the time to fix it myself it works fine.

Software very buggy, not working, had to find other software online

The cable works but it doesn't come with NCS expert like it says it does just INPA

Did not work
I borrowed a working laptop and cable. Connect to car and scanned fine. Changed cables to this one and it did not recognise the car or connect. Both cables look identical. As I was out of time to return I have wasted my money.
