Hello...i've had this adapter for a while now and it works a treat with my EF lenses, primes and zoomy ones. Image quality is spot on Theres no wobble and everything attaches solidly. As far as i can say its weather sealed, was out in some torrential rain in the North East and there were no misfunctions. To those who say it makes the lens stick out more (of course it does its an adapter after all) but not in any way thats going to effect photographs or moving about, no way. Its saved me sooo much money not having to sell my existing EF lenses to buy replacements for my RF camera. Good Stuff....Bye.

Recently switched from DSLR to mirrorless. Cost effective way of transitioning to RF glass. Obviously it can get fiddly if you don't have one for each EF lens you still use but that is more than compensated for just by the sheer cost saving. If you're happy with your EF lenses and aren't planning on changing then i would advise to get one for each lens to avoid the in-the-field fiddles - it's still going to work out significantly cheaper than a new lens

Totally necessary if you wanna be able to use your old EF or new EF lenses on RF since RF lenses are so expensive compared to EF. The quality is great and it's recommended to go extra mile to buy official adapter from cannon instead of third party for better compatibility with camera function and keep quality. It's easy to install and you keep sharp images and the focus is as fast as with native RF adapter.

I only bought my new Canon EOS camera once I found this adapter. My previous DSLR lenses added up to a lot of money and I wasn't going to lose that by selling them & replacing them when I upgraded to mirrorless. The adapter fitted onto the EOS in seconds, and the DSLR lenses fitted perfectly with the adapter. Adding it to the EOS is something most people wouldn't notice, except fellow photographers who notice every detail of every camera. So, in terms of how it looks ? Just right in my opinion. There's no distraction with how the camera looks.

Well I managed to purchase this adapter during a brief 25% off sale, otherwise at the normal price I would have considered it too expensive for an amateur photographer with limited budget. Already I have used the adapter with CPL on my newish Canon EOS R6 during some outdoor photo shoots and have found it to be excellent. So easy to adjust since the adjustment wheel sits near to the camera body rather than at the extremity of the lens. Works with all my EF glass since it's in the adapter. Have ordered and waiting to receive the clear filter so I can keep this adapter on the camera all the time and simply change filters to suit the shoot location, time of day etc. I could not see any unexpected colour changes in the pics taken using this CPL. Provided some beautiful mid-to-deep blues in the daytime sky. For this adapter, the ND filter is way, way over-priced so will probably wait for a special with a decent discount if I decide to purchase it. It's a great shame Canon don't offer these accessories at a more reasonable price and focus making their money on camera and lens sales. If you have EF glass and want to use it on RF mount, and can afford this adapter, I highly recommend it.
