Very flavorful, great for baking

This cherry extract is realistic in taste. Great in all of my baking and sauces. Always use caution when adding any extract. It only takes a little to enhance the recipe. I can tell this is excellent by the smell and taste of my finished products. It can withstand the baking process.

Excellent for adding to plain seltzer; the flavor is much more fruit-like than most. Some have mentioned that, when used in a more concentrated fashion, the alcohol flavor becomes more obvious. But I have not noticed this at all when used at about 8 drops per liter. My advice would be to use as little extract as possible, and then gradually increase, if desired, to taste.

This extract is a bit strong for my taste, but definitely has the cherry flavor.

I bought the cherry extract. I made a quart of chocolate ice cream and added 1.5 teaspoons of the cherry extract to it. Nice hint of chocolate/black cherry flavor. I will make the same recipe again.

I just wanted a cherry extract, but I got mango because it was mislabeled. Kinda sad because it was for a birthday cake and I don't have time to reorder. I'll try it though because it's non returnable as a food item and I do love mango. Came in good packaging and no leaks.

I have been using olivenations different natural extracts for baking, but also to make natural copycats of Starbucks drinks. This cherry one I got to make a copycat of the cherry chai latte, and it is really good! I only need a few drops of 1/2 tsp to make it. I will continue to buy their products as long as they keep supplying natural flavors for baking needs!
