Not the same size as 2007 Honda Odyssey
People were saying they were using this for the 31170-R70-A01 hydraulic tensioner on the 07 Odyssey but the pulley is larger than the one on the Honda unit, so I didn't even try to put it on. Maybe it'd work but I decided I wasn't going to take the chance, so I bought a genuine Honda tensioner instead. Also, if you're hearing a sqeak, check the crankshaft pulley/harmonic balancer. If it's loose, you're going to need a 13810-RJA-003.

Did not fit. Not even close.
Did not fit. Catalog listing for this idler is wrong. Won't fit a 3.0 Ford V6.

Easy repair
My van had a horrible whine that sped up with the engine rpms. It was easy to replace. Remember the washer on the bolt head side and locking washer on the engine side.

2002 Silverado 2500hd
Fit great. The space between the washer and pully was off a little but didn’t affect anything and bolted right up. Item did not arrive on time.

Idler roller
Didn't include spacers nor bolt, but that wasn't mentioned. So used originals. Other than that, bolted right up. Smoother rotation. Used 13mm socket with flex ratchet (not included).

Perfect OEM/stock replacement.
This was exactly what I needed to replace an OEM/stock pulley for a 4.8 / 5.3 liter chevy/GM.Note that I kept the dust cover even though the instructions indicated that it wasn't required.I'd buy it again.

Good fit
Install two of them to replace OEM pulleys on my f150 2010. Perfect fit and seems good quality for the price. Look forward to see how much time they will last.
