Love this! So much fun I sent it to my tennis loving Aunt and her friends, and my son for indoor play!! It’s been a hit (ha) with all!!

Very fun! We bought 3 sets!

I got this set to play with my senior aged mom and with my preschool granddaughter. The rackets are easy to hold and sturdy. The birdies fly pretty fast though (even the longer one that is supposed to be slower). We ended up using balloons instead of the birdies to make it more accessible to an older person and a preschooler, and using the birdies for games with players who can move move quickly.

I first bought this for my daughter when she was under five years old and it was a bit too hard but now that she is nine she has a lot of fun with it with her friends and they have competitions. How many they can get even without a net- I just bought it for a birthday gift for a boy who is not very sporty and got a great price. The birdies do get worn out or lost so I will have to buy replacement birdies, but this is four years later!

The Goodminton set that we purchased is wonderful! It is a fun game anyone can play and enjoy. We can sit in chairs on the patio and play, though we must rise to get the birdies we miss. We can run about, and miss the birdies, as our 5 year old grandson serves all over the place. The birdies fly slower than the traditional type so it is easier to get to them and get a hit, unless you are playing with a 5 year old. You can even play indoors with little fear of damage. I would refrain from indoor play if there are lots of breakables about. The only reason durability and and sturdiness rated a 4 out of 5 is that the feathers can not last forever; however, the set comes with 4 birdies so it will be a long while before replacements are needed. I highly recommend this fun and adaptable game set. Play with 2, 3, 4 or more! Only your paddle numbers limit your ability to play. With imagination the games that can be created using this set are many.

We're fortunate to have a partial wall between our living room and family room with a window-like opening. With a little bit of furniture rearrangement, our family has been able to have epic GOODminton battles without any damage to the house or its contents! The birdies do get a bit sad looking after a short period of time (hence the 4 stars for sturdiness) but that's not surprising since they're made with feathers. Which is why our cats also join in the fun! This has really been a fantastic activity for the entire family (we play two at a time and rotate through everyone). We've spent over an hour sometimes playing this activity. I did purchase the additional container of extra birdies because I was worried the originals would wear out too fast. They're still fine but it's nice to have the option of slow, medium, and fast (although as they wear, they do slow down and fly a little wonky). It's part of the game to have to adjust to whichever birdie someone chooses to play with. We did try it outdoors and it was not nearly as much fun so I can see this continuing as a wonderful family activity during bad weather days or the heat of the summer when no one wants to go outside anyways!

Perfect for indoor play. Good times trying to keep a long volley with the kids. Couldn’t break something if you tried.
