Compact voltage controller that works well
The product did what it was supposed to do. The hookups are marked well and I like the compactness.

DC motor controller
Ordered these to control 2 small brushless axial fans. Works great. Wide range of adjustment and screw terminals hold tight.

Great for Pop Up trailer bunk fans!
I picked these up hoping I could get them to function in the bunk fans for our Pop Up trailer. They are actually a perfect fit and work great!. There is some wiring and drilling necessary to make these work. The job is easy if you know what you are getting into. I removed the resistor from the low speed switch and wired these in with the high speed switch. The knob on these have a click/off position which is perfect. I noted that although during the day you can't see it, at night you can see there is a red LED on the board which glows through the plastic housing of the bunk fan but it is not annoying at all. At low speeds these are perfect, and there is no motor whine.

Flawless operation with one minor flaw
I broke down a portable water flosser and used this to create a wall mounted water flosser that didnt rely on batteries or a water tank. This unit provided the adjustable motor speed which translated to variable pressure at the head so I didn't saw my teeth in two. This controller really tied my project together, but i noticed that periodically the voltage spontaneously drops without adjusting the knob. This resulted in drops in pressure then a sudden hard jet straight to the Uvula.

Decent speed controller
Worked fine. Did not come with mounting washer/nut. I used four pan head m3x4 screws to mount in my DIY Rotary tool.

Worked for a day, then was stuck ON and FASTEST mode
Worked for a day, then the knob stopped powering it on and off and slower faster. It was stuck in ON, FASTEST mode. Will try a different kind of speed controller. This also gets REALLY hot VERY quickly. I burned my finger. My connected adapter was 12V going to a wiper motor.

funky ground, no instruction
a good enough product, would work well for a fan or a light, but wouldnt work for me because i needed to knock down the voltage to a fuel gauge because grounding issues made it impossible, instruction and limitations which there were none, would have came in handy

Worked well to control power output from a single 18650 cell (3.7V) to battery powered lights to make them dimmable.

as advertised

Used them to regulate the voltage to 5 V fans so I could lower the operating speed. Worked exactly as expected. Would buy again.

Step voltage, not continuous variable voltage

Input is 5 volts in my case, dc motor won't turn until 60% of the potential meter setting. Need to look into pwm when I have time.
