ContinentalOE Technology Series 4070971 7-Rib, 97.1" Multi-V Belt

I don't normally post reviews but I feel it's necessary in this case. Had an OEM belt on my 2006 Armada and it started to tear pretty good and squeeled to the point of embarrassment. Decided to spring for this belt after a little research and boy am I glad I did. You can just tell when you get ahold of it that this is a quality belt that is going to more than exceed your expectations. This belt is fantastic, I will only use these from now on in all my vehicles!

Just an FYI, i ordered this expecting a "Goodyear Gatorback" instead received a Continental Elite Poly-V belt. I did some research online and turns out Veyance Technologies(that make Goodyears belts) was bought out by ContiTech and all goodyear belts are Continental now. It is the same thing. I have yet to install it on my Titan so I don't want to knock the product rating by giving it less than 5 stars. If it doesn't perform like it should you can bet I'll be back to give it a different rating.

Was too short for my 2008 armada

Perfect fit and quality! I MUCH prefer these belts with the crosscut grooves over traditional style belts- They seem to last longer and run quieter. I've used these style belts since before they were made under the Continental brand (used to be Goodyear Gatorback belts) and have never had one let me down or disappoint!

Had a squeaky Dayco belt and can't get the Goodyear Gatorback belt for my vehicle anymore. This belt is cost effective and won't ever squeal due to the fact that it has grooves in the belt to eliminate slip and channel moisture away. Great belt!

Bought this belt to replace a two year old belt that had already gone bad and this remedied the issue. Cannot speak to the durability yet as I've only had it for about a month. Working great so far and seems to be of high quality
