Very effective at keeping you healthy
It is a bit thick and black but that’s okay. The taste is a bit sweet. I do add it to water and drink it. Sometimes if I have other liquids from the same brand I will combine them together in the cup. Quality ingredients, always have great success with this brand. Getting the 4 ounce is really a great value. Very effective at keeping me and my family healthy during the winter months. Just take everyday and you will stay healthy.

I think this really works. Tastes "good" for a tincture
I could not get over a respiratory illness for well over a month and a round of antibiotics. I started taking this and finally, within days, I was over it. Many times since them I've had that "I'm getting sick" feeling. I take a dropperful of this stuff, and the illness, if there was one, doesn't come on. I also take it when I know I've been exposed to someone sick. This tincture doesn't even taste bad. We just put it in a little water and drink it down. It's nothing like tinctures you are used to that make you gag.

Love the product, when they send me what I ordered...
I have ordered this item several times. I always dose up with it when I feel like I'm coming down with something, and I do believe it gives my immune system a boost. Unfortunately, the past two times I ordered, they did NOT send me elderberry, they sent me Kids Cough Crusader, which is of no use to me. Hopefully they'll get this sorted soon-the elderberry is great!

Wonderful natural product
Easy to take in little bit of water. When I feel a cold coming on I take this and Echinacea 25 drops of each 2x a day,and it always stops my cold or flue ( For flue coming on I take it 3x a day )

The best Black Elderberry I've found
I take black elderberry all winter long and it keeps the flu virus away. There's been scientist research shown that it stops the flu virus from multiplying and it has worked well for me, as I'm around people who have the flu a lot at work. My husband took it when he got the flu and as long as he kept up on taking it, it really shortened the length and severity of the flu. It's also good for one's immune system.
