The Secret Affair. This book gave insight into the secret love affair between Aidan and Jillian. Aidan was captivated by Jillian when he first met her when Dillon and Jillian's sister Pam got married. They didn't want to upset them so they kept it a secret and continued to attend school to become doctors. Jillian felt guilty and broke off the romance because the secret was overbearing and she needed to concentrate on her education. Aidan accepted it for a while and then he couldn't stand it anymore and decided to gain his love back. He secretly gets on the same cruise ship Jillian is on and they spend 14 days rekindling their relationship and deciding to finally telling the family of their love. A great read.

The secret is how Mrs. Jackson continues to write wonderful love stories that warm your heart. In this story, Aidan Westmoreland really wanted Jillian Novak in a way that he couldn't understand but was secretly wishing that he didn't have to. Jillian and Aidan were attractive to one another from the start, he noticed her and she noticed him. Neither wanted to let on that they liked each nor did they want anyone else to know - hence the secret begins.This story has a sense of youthfulness with the main heroine. She has a lot to learn when it comes to sex, affairs, trust, men, etc., but have no fear, there is a Westmoreland ready to educate her on all of the above - Dr. Aidan Westmoreland. He is so ready to do house calls, plane rides, horse-backing riding, cruising the Mediterranean and even playing a game of secrets.Their affair has some misunderstanding and miscommunication along the way that just kept their secret hard to uphold. Keep in mind; this is a Brenda Jackson story so there is always a good courtship and sensual love scenes and language. OK - Enough!! I won't tell the whole story because I want you to read it for yourself.You have to find out whether this whole Secret Affair is worthy of your praise and it was for me. I really enjoyed this story.

The Secret Affair is just what I needed to start my December off right. Brenda Jackson continues the Westmoreland Series with another amazing read. In this book, we get to hear how Jillian and Aidan's affair started, along with Aidan's plan to get Jillian back. Jillian and Aidan definitely have a strong attraction to each other. They have plenty of chemistry together, the explosive kind, where they want to tear each other's clothes off as soon as they see each other. Plus they have the same career path, which only intensifies their relationship. One of my favorite parts in this book is when Aidan tells Jillian that "I want to help you, not hinder you." They each understand how important being a doctor is and neither one wants to ruin the other's dream.Aidan definitely had his work cut out for him, when trying to win Jillian back. Jillian didn't want to budge an inch, but for everyone who is familiar with the series knows, there is no stopping a Westmoreland from getting what he wants. I loved how strong of a character Jillian was but I loved Aidan even more, so I was rooting for him.The Secret Affair is a must read and so is this author!

Ups and downs keep them pulling at the stringsA misunderstanding keeps them apart for a year, however Aidan is "Westmoreland" determined that she will be his. In his pursuit of her, Jillian encounters another piece in the Westmoreland search for others of their clan. More sexiness is on the horizon, I can see.Ms Jackson, I love these Westmoreland men and you are the perfect storyteller of their tales..

What can I say? I’m such a huge fan. I have all of her books and have read many more than once. This one is special-great love scenery-feels like you’re right there. Can’t wait for Jackson’s new books, but in the meantime I don’t mind revisiting the old ones. Bravo!

All the Westmorelands are gorgeous and Aidan (H) is no exception. He is drawn to Jillian(h) when she is younger, but truly gives in to his feelings when she is a junior in college. They have a three year affair that is secret. They break up due to an assumption on her part. When her roomie and sister let the cat out of the bag to the H, the quest is full on for him to win her back! This is a typical Jackson romance, complete with drama and sex. Her novels to me are like macaroni and cheese! I thoroughly enjoy them, and re-read them for pure pleasure.

It started years ago with just a weekend that became so much more between Jillian and Aiden. He wanted to let the whole world know, but she wanted to keep it a secret not wanting her sister to think differently about her in terms of thinking she wasnt going to keep going to medical school and etc. He didnt agree with keeping what they had in the dark, but if it meant being with her he finally agreed. We find out what happened not only in the past with these two, but the present when they see each other again after a year has passed, and what will happen to them in the future.

Great reading, Miss Jaackso at her best again. Lòoking forward to more of her books, very sweet couple good story line.

Hab gerade die ersten 50 Seiten gelesen, aber wie immer ist es eine tolle Brenda Jackson Geschichte. Hab schon darauf gewartet, dass dieses Buch endlich erscheint.
