Makes fantastic yoghurt
I have purchased these sachets a couple of times now. I use the yoghurt function in my Instant Pot and they work every time. I then keep a small amount aside as a starter for the next batch (the starter can also be frozen) so I only use a new sachet if there’s been problem or I haven’t made yoghurt for a while. Would definitely recommend.

So creamy!!!
My god that yields some good yogurt. My gf says that it's the best she's ever tried. Creamy but firm, simply too good.

Do not work
These do not work! Never been let down before by starter kits before but thought I would try these and the yoghurt did not set. Very disappointed. A waste of milk!

To slow to develop
Although yogurt is tasty, it takes 16-24 hours to be developed in proper yogurt maker. I have tried different temperatures and none of them changed the result. Yogurt is quite runny as well. I would not recommend this as a starter.

Very easy to use with good results always.
I make up a litre of starter with each sachet of freeze dried starter, and divide it into 12 portions which I freeze. I use one portion to a litre of goat milk using a Lakeland yoghurt maker for 12 hours, and filter for 12 hours to produce Greek type youhurt. Very easy and good taste.
