महोदय प्रणाम। हम इस company से 30 साल पहले एक 2B gas stove खरीदा जो बिना छोटे से भी repair के काम में आया और आज भी कुछ मरम्मत की जरूरत थी। यह No.1 company है। ऐसा हमारा भरोसा है। gas sides में फैल कर आ रहा था और pipe line rust हो गए तो नया लेना हुआ। यह कुछ दिन ही ठीक तरह काम किया। पर यह छोटा burner flame धीमी और दोनों burners के नीचे बाहर से gas फड फडाता हुआ शब्द के साथ आंच आ रही है। यह हमारा काम का नहीं । पुराने में बहुत फैल कर आंच आती थी और इस में छोटे बर्तन से पकवान कर सकते हैं। हम ने online पर इस company के लिए बहुत ढूंढा। क्योंकि यह बहतरीन company है। पर अब ऐसा No.1कयों नहीं मिला । हमें खेद है इस बात पर। यह हमारा निवेदन है। बहुत दुख के साथ यह बात आप तक पहुंचाई। अब आप लोग अवश्य ध्यान दें। हमारा हल करें। धन्यवाद महोदय। अन्यथा न समझें। कोई बात गलत कहा हो तो कृप्या क्षमा करें। प्रणाम 🙏

The media could not be loaded. Please don't purchase this brand as the quality seems to be inferior. I had purchased it on 8th of May 2025. And within 3 weeks the Knob has vone off. The after sales service is poor. Even though I told the customer care person about the issue. No one has come to resolve it. I was given the number of the person who would come to do the needful, called him a couple of times. Initially he said he would send someone by 1 pm. Called him again, he said don't worry someone wiĺ come by 5 pm. Then after 5 pm he stopped responding. Because of this issue i couldn't cook yesterday today and don't know how many days till they do the needful.
