Overstated specification
Because the spec of the LEDESIGN bulbs (A19 6W LED Vintage Filament Light Bulbs, 60W Incandescent Equivalent, 800 Lumen, 2700K) was not consistent I used the "KILL A WATT" meter to check the power consumption. The actual power consumption is between 8.1W and 8.5 W immediately after turning on the light. The power consumption appears to stabilize between 7.2 W and 7.5 W when the LED bulb becomes warmer (PF=0.83). Lumens are also suspicious. The product description says "800 Lumen" but the text below reads: "LIFESPAN - The LEDesign E26 LED Filament Light is 6.5w, 600 lumens, 80 CRI". So which number is correct, 600 or 800 lumen? The etched markings on the glass do not show any company name, just "6.5W 810lm 2700K". In any case, this is definitely not a 6 W LED bulb but 7.5 W.For comparison I also checked "Philips LED Classic Glass Non-Dimmable A19 Light Bulb: 800-Lumen, 5000-Kelvin, 7-Watt" bulbs available on Amazon. I have used them for more than 4 months but did not bother to measure the power consumption when I bought them. The power consumption of Philips LED bulbs starts from 6.1W and gradually climbs to 6.5W (PF=0.62). It is nice to know that Philips is honest in its spec.Unfortunately, LEDESIGN bulbs do not offer the lowest 6W power consumption for the 60W equivalent light bulb. The true spec is not that great although the power factor is better than Philips. I like barely visible markings on the glass of LEDESIGN bulbs (Philips bulbs have one darker spot where the markings are). Nevertheless, Philips 7W LED bulbs from Amazon may be a better alternative if a non-dimmable option is fine.

well packaged and bright, better than expected
Traditional bulbs are beautiful but too hot as they consume too much electricity. Old LEDs save a lot of power but have a narrow angle, generally only 120-180 degrees. These new LEDs are exactly what I am looking for, as beautiful as traditional bulbs, with 360 degree light at the same time! And these 6w bulbs are of 800 lumen, much brighter than similar products I found before. 5 stars! Hope they last 30,000 hours as advertised. Then it would be perfect!

Look great on or off, dim really low.
Put 8 of these above my vanity. They look much better than the old frosted white LEDs I got from Walmart, plus they dim really low with my tp-link kasa dimmer switch which is nice late at night. The previous LEDs I had above the vanity were 40 watt equivalent LEDs and were quite a bit brighter than these at full brightness, so I doubt they are 800 lumens, but sufficient brightness for my application. I hooked these up to a volt meter and they used 8-9 watts per bulb, but almost all LEDs I’ve ever tested use more watts than advertised.

Nice light, but fails after a year, even with just a-2 hrs/day of use
Like the headline says. I do like the brighness, and they are relatively cheap. So, if you figure replacing a couple every year, they're not too bad. But, no way they last 30,000 hours.

Good bulbs overall
Good bulbs, efficiency is in the top of the range. The dimming function works, but definitely does not cover wide range of intensities. In fairness, very few other LED bulbs work better.

Perfect to replace regular bulbs
These are perfect for normal lightbulb usage. I have bought several of them and just love them.

Love these bulbs
Replaced old fashion clear bulbs and wow, similar light to old bulbs and much less energy and heat. Quiet vs amazon led bulbs and nice looking, whats not to like?
