The IN10CT Health Runner Curved Manual Treadmill is warranted for the following periods: Frame: 5 Years from date of purchase. Other Parts and components: 3 Years on defect in material or workmanship from date of purchase. Labor: 1 year from date of purchase This limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items. Wear items pertain to components that might need to be replaced due to wear and tear resulting from normal usage.

Q: Can you walk slowly on these? All the videos look like people power walking. What happens if you want to just stroll instead of booking it so fast?

You can walk slowly long as you hold onto the handles and keep your balance

Q: how do you change Km to Miles?

Page 5, Paragraph #5, of the User Manual states: "Default unit is metric. Press STOP/RESET key and TARGET PRG key at the same time [hold] for five seconds to change the unit to imperial. It will remain in that setting unless repeating the above operation or changing the battery." I followed these instructions and the unit now measures distance in miles.
