Installed this system in less than a hour, no leaks, system was pre assembled just had to hook up four connections, I used the faucet from my old unit because it was hard to get to to change.

Sure is much easier to replace the filters with the twist off/on cartridges and I don't get water everywhere. But I didn't fully realize all the plastic you throw away with the filter cartridge until after a year when I replaced the stage 1&2 filters. Wish the manufacturer would try to reduce throw-away plastics....

Do not buy! If you do verify the waste water. The one I had wasted over 10 to 1. If you buy do it thru Amazon and if not happy you can return it. My experience with auqusure indicates you might have to jump thru hoops to return.

Super easy to install, great tasting water, and the best part is being able to change filters without making a mess!I was able to install this in about 45 minutes and it couldn't be easier.

I bought this directly from the manufacturer since they had a sale at the time. System was easy to install but had some missing parts. Tech support was very quick to ship the missing parts and that part was good to go. I've done some tests to verify the pH of the water and it appears that it's in the low 6s even with the alkaline filter. (At this point I've run around 100-200 gallons through the system and still no change) I reached out to tech support for troubleshooting or to see if it could be a defective filter, but I have not heard back from them in 3+ weeks.All in all, the water is clean, tastes good and is drinkable, but whether the alkaline filter does anything is questionable. Don't count on tech support to help with that.

This unit replaced our old ISpring reverse osmosis system that failed and flooded my cabinet. The leak detection water line cutoff feature of this new unit is a must. Installation was easy as I had all the lines already ran so I just had to swap out for the new. It has been about a month and so far the water tastes great.
