Amazing Gaming PC Rig and Value!!
Performance: The combo of an MSI 2080ti and an I9 is amazing. I overclocked the 2080ti to give me a little added boost. Running 1440p on ultra settings for all games and getting around the following fps for these games: Battlefront 2: 123 Far Cry 5: 132 Witcher 3: 100 (most beautiful game ever still Hell Let Loose: 113 (can vary but this # is pretty consistent) Modern Warfare 133 (no ray tracing) Red Dead 2: 97 (at the games state in early Nov '19) *Using a 27 inch MSI MPG27CQ monitor The colors, detail, and smoothness of 1440p at these levels of fps is simply stunning after coming from 1080p and 60hz. Service: Before I bought this rig I reached out to their support with questions. I got fast, friendly, and informative responses. Once I got the PC I had issues with the display port working and called support. They were so very friendly, caring, and helpful. It looked like I may have a bad display port on my gpu which they were going to swap out for me, but thankfully I figured out the issue. Summary: You can't beat the bang for your buck here, especially if you have Amazons 18 month free financing option. I priced out pcs with Digital Storm and Xidax and couldn't get close to the price I paid for this rig. When you consider what you get, the service I received thus far, and the price, this is a no brainer if you are looking for a top of the line gaming rig. THE ONLY THING I WILL NOTE IS THAT THE RIG IS VERY LOUD WITH ALL THE FANS. If you are setup in a room that needs to be fairly quiet this isn't for you. It takes a lot of fan power to cool a 2080ti. The cpu has a very nice water cooler. If you have the cash and need a quiet rig you will want to look at water cooling your gpu. The way to make the rig as quiet as possible is to use the remote you get with the rig and turn the exit fan on max. If you turn the exit fan on max, it keeps the rig cool enough consistently where the internal fans don't have to kick on max settings in the middle of the game. If you do this, the fan noise is not bad at all.

This is the best PC ever!
This is indeed the best PC ever! I highly Recommend and thank CUK for this piece of glorious machine! I decided about 2 weeks ago that i am going to give up on the "promised future" of cloud gaming, and a quick background check, i have been using Shadow for a year and GFN for 2 months via founders. The day has come that i saw that cloud gaming wont be a thing and shadow will only get new hardware in 2021 i was very upset and my old laptop was about to die on me any second. Thanks to cloud gaming it opened a door for me to the PCmasterrace and i just could not play on my console after feeling the power of powerful hardware. So i decided to do my research and maybe buy parts for a custom build? or should i buy pre built? luckily a friend of mine has heard from a friend of his that he got a PC from CUK and this is the model he has. after a ton of research i decided i am going to give CUK a shot and see where is all the hype about and why youtubers dont mention them much. But today i finally have gotten my PC and the components i got with it are very very very high quality. Not only the system looks good, it also runs well, like very very well! i managed to get 100fps on MW playing on everything maxed out and RTXon, that is very impressive! This PC is for all the folks that want they best and know that they can afford the best, without wasting time on research and videos of LTT talking for hours, CUK does the job for you as well as assemble the machine. inside the package you not only get a high build rig, but also accessories and a keyboard and mouse, you really feel like you paid for something good and you even get an inspector signature showing you the details and performance. Overall CUK has a new loyal customer, and i will be buying my next PC from them in the future. And im glad that next gen consoles wont be as powerful as this baby! That way i know that im getting the best for a long time.

Nice computer, but loud and built with underwhelming MSI parts.
It performs very well, but is very loud. I'll have a hard time to justify using it unless I'm playing a game. It's far to loud to watch videos or to do work on without a headset on and volume up. While troubleshooting, I noted the parts in the build and found that it would have cost me about $400 less if I had built the computer using the same parts. Additionally, I've spent another $100 on replacement fans to reduce the noise from the fans that came with the build. - First startup I found all the fans running at 100%. Figured no problem I'll modify that in the BIOS later. Turned out the MSI board will not allow the fans to run 3-pin fans below 60% (7v) or higher at all times. So, I already need to replace the 3-pin fans with 4-pin fans to hopefully reduce some of the noise. - One of the fans did not light up. Wasn't a big deal for me, but did try to fix it later when troubleshoot fan speeds. Couldn't fix and figured it wasn't worth the hassle since I need to replace all the fans anyway. - The remote to control the fan lights was not responding, but I found someone mention holding the remote literally inside the case and pressing buttons and that seemed to work. After that the remote is working from outside the case. - The data drive was initialized, but did not have a letter assigned to it. So, when going to "My Computer" the data drive was not shown or accessible. I did see it in the Disk Manager and went ahead and used the command prompt to assign it a letter and that fixed that issue. - There were fan wires wrapped around the ram sticks. It probably wouldn't have hurt anything, but I don't like the idea of wire resting on hot components. I re-routed those lines. -The RTX 2080 Ti (MSI Aero) that came with the machine whines when there is load on it. This is the only component that makes me regret purchasing the machine. In the future I will probably continue to building my PC's. It takes less time and money, than what I've spent on this pre-built machine. It's not a bad machine, just not what I was expecting for the price. Update: 05/26/21 - It's still a noisy box, however, I've put well over 2000 hours of graphic intensive gaming into it and its still performing great.
