Q: The listing title states the ham leg, but the detail description states a shoulder; which is not the ham. If this the ham leg or not?

Its the shoulder which is not as good as the leg. Its okay but not as good as a leg. I found that it had a lot less meat than the leg.

Q: does this have a bone in or not

Yes, of course, the ham is the full iberico pig leg / shoulder, bone included.This is the authentic way.

Q: My ham arrived but I do not plan on slicing into it for a couple of weeks. Do I need to refrigerate it?

Hello,So basically if you don't take the ham out of the air tight plastic wrap your are fine. You can leave it unopened out of a refrigerator as long as you like. If you remove it from that plastic keep a cheese cloth on it or a kitchen towel over it. When you start to cut slices off of it make sure to keep that point moist with Olive Oil. Take like a sauce type brush and lightly put Olive Oil on it when it looks super dry. Hopefully this helps!
