I bought 2 Springtek mattresses of 72*36*8 for my 75 year old mother. Delivery was on time. Quality was great. Though the mattresses were described as medium firm, my mum found them soft. I requested for a return. A company executive called me to understand the problem. He was very courteous and gave me an email to write about the entire issue. I did. The company owner immediately messaged me. I spoke with him and he very generously agreed to swap the mattresses FOC as an exception. Since my mum needed only hers to be very firm, I told them to change only one. Though he was ready to change the both.They couriered the new mattress. My mum is now thrilled with her new firmer mattress.I found Springtek very customer focussed and are very proactive in meeting with consumer expectations. They should provide their customer service number so that buyer can clearly describe their requirements. Or the mattresses can be graded in terms of firmness.Please go ahead and order Springtek. This is the best online mattress deal in India.

Bought this product based on the reviews. Ordered on 26th oct. got delivered on 4th after much followup with courier. At first look i fell in love with the very looks and felt premium. Bought it because of my back problem. The center support is okay, but there is a very serious issue with mattress on the borders, which sag so much with little weight that my child rolled down because of this. Wonder why no one noticed this. An ortho mattress should be firm all around including the borders. Request the manufacturer to replace the mattress with a firmer product as advertised.Well i am writing this after I have been thouroughly addressed by the company customer care. Must make a point to thank the lady who was very polite and considerate. Now after speaking to her seniors she assured me to send a replacement of a better quality. One of rare occassions where the company has really kept its word. Now i do not have back problems and am thankful to springtek for solving the issue that I was having.After about 6 months of using the mattress. I find the mattress has begun to deteriorate. The sides or borders are no longer firm. I get back pain. Probably a bad decision to make. Recommend you go for a better option with another supplier.

This was purchased after many reviews,Both the Brand and the technology (Pocketed spring) have been chosen after careful research and are the best for daily and healthy sleep.1. Lives up-to what is mentioned2. No motion transfer3. your back will speak for itself, no more pain or strain.4. Medium firmness5. Size of the mattress is your preference.6. material is very good and aesthetically appealing, But i suggest please add a waterproof cover which will benefit in many ways, especially with kids at home who tend to bed wet or spill liquids.So far so good. Honestly I don't regret buying this.

this is after 6 months of usage and its a fraud product. the matress has started fluffing up from everywhere and performance has downgraded to worst since it is of different firmness at different points.rather than ortho it will end up ruining your back. i bought it to address my back pain and unfortunately now due to usage my back pain has worsened and my wife has also developed back pain due to the matress.worse the customer care of this company is totally missing and unresponsive so the 6 year warranty is just a fraud as i was told (in writing over email) that the warranty is just for 6 months. thereafter they stopped responding only.Pls do not buy or support such fraud companies and products. you will repent this purchase seriously. better buy Wakefit, which is a much superior product and great after support.

I have a double size hydraulic bed which recommended a spring mattress of 8 inches thickness. So having bought this instead of a coir-memory foam mattress , I thought it would go well on the basis of comfort and back pain removal. But it's not that as expected.Although the softness used to give a sort of pleasure but I and my family member experienced back pain on regular basis since the last 7 days of purchase. Regretting the purchase now.Amazon or springtek if this can be resolved by you, pls do help us since mattress are consumable product used on daily and hourly basis

Product is good and comfortable.After unpacking the outer cover I found a little bug not sure if it was cockroach or bed bug(I killed it later 😌) .I was quite scared and thoroughly checked for othe bugs but didn't found any.its been couple of days I am sleeping on it and hoping for no bugs but let's see 😪After using for 6 months .Spring are making noises and it seems the upper foam is quite thin so i can almost feel the spring .. m not loving it anymore so will put it in other bedroom and buy new different mattress 😥

The look and feel of the mattress was nice. However I wasn't satisfied with it for it did not solve my problems.I use to use spring mattress and every morning I could not get up with ease. My whole back use to pain and it was like a cramping pain. Later I got springtek Ortho bonnel mattress. After using it for 9 days I didn't feel any change in my back pain. Even my wife started to have back pain. Eventually I gave up and returned it. The Amazon executive was great who after listing to my problem agreed to make a return and refund as a one time gesture.I wouldn't say it's not a great mattress because many people have tried it and found it to be good for them.Before you buy just have a feel of hard medium or soft mattress that would suit you. This was medium soft as per description but a hard mattress actually has suited us well.

I was looking for something which is not too hard or soft. After looking few reviews I bought this blindly but it was as I expected.Really good mattress, using it for almost a month. I will know abt the quality of springs over few years. A Must buy in budget mattress.
