BORE Cleaning Kits by Sage & Braker. The Fastest, Cleanest and Easiest Way to Clean Your Handgun

Purchased 2 different sizes of Bore Cleaning Kits, one for a 9mm Pistol and one for a 22cal Pistol. The 9mm kit cleaned as described, the kit for the 22cal cleaned the bore but not as through as the 9mm kit. I contacted Sage & Baker and informed them of my experience with the 22cal kit and without hesitation told me they were sending out a new kit. I even offered to return the one I have for them to inspect and Fred indicated it wasn't necessary. I was shocked by his willingness to replace the kit on my word about the issue. I will without hesitation purchase Sage & Baker products in the future. The 9mm kit outperformed the other bore cleaning ropes I have used in the past am sure the replacement will meet the same expectations. Customer service is outstanding along with the product they sell, you can't go wrong with a company that stands behind their product like they do.

The bore snake is very good. the customer service is excellent. I'd give 4.5 if i could. they are a little pricey compared to the Hoppe's. But, after purchasing my 2nd one, i informed the owner, yes the owner communicates directly, that my older S&B for my 45 did not fit that snugly. He told me they'd be redesigned and shipped me a new one for free. You just don't see customer service like this these days. I will continue to buy these and pay the little extra.

This bore snake, just like other handful S&B bore snakes I own, is better than any I have used. They are higher quality and seem to hold up longer. The design of this handgun model eliminates the need to disassemble my firearm in order to clean it, saving a step er two... That's huge and well worth purchase! Just like my shotguns and rifles, I will be buying these handgun specific bore snakes for all calibers of my semi autos.

Combined with some good CLP, this kit makes it a breeze to clean up my pistols. Took a couple of tries to get the strap through the barrel, but once I figured out the trick it was simple as can be. Great product.

How hard would it be to hang a 9mm label on this item. I have a few snakes and it would be so nice if there was an easy to read label hanging off this snake to indicate bore size.

I’ve only used this a few times. I spent more money to buy a “good” one and then this happened. I’m pretty careful with my stuff, so I don’t think this is any I did to it.
