Does what is says
I have tried many products for the tanks in my rv. This one has been around for a long time and does not get the attention like a lot of newer products. My thought is if a company has been around as long as this one, there must be a reason. The product has worked great as long as you follow the recommended amounts. A very good product I would recommend!

Works as advertised
Works as advertised and minimal smell. However price has gotten out of control. We did find a new alternative for about 15.00 cheaper and same size.

Product works to keep odor away
We have had 3 trailers and have been camping for 20 years. We use this and we have never had an odor problem. Great product.

After being warned about how this product doesn't work I was still determined to give it a try. I'm not keen on using chemicals.I'm glad I listened to the advice of the person who originally recommended. Super easy to use and absolutely no odor. I started using it when I first bought the TT (new) and I've had no problems with odor or sensors not being accurate. The theory that the bacteria nibbles away and keeps the sensors clean seems spot on.Read the directions, don't use chemical cleaners on the toilet. Also seems to be helping with grey water tank.

Best Additive
Love this product!! I will never again go without it during camping season. I used a cheapie brand tank additive from the local Mart store at the beginning of this season to save a buck and I regretted it within days. The odor was terrible!! After emptying and flushing the tank one treatment of Bio-Active took care of the odor and I haven't had an issue since. Well worth it!!
