While I can see the advantage in having a separate turret for each die set, how do you store the turrets when not in use?

Does Lee make this set (or any other .308 Win) with a carbide full length sizer?

Carbide helps if you don't lube. I make a spray lube from lanolin oil and 99% isopropyl alcohol. I use my wife's old hair spray bottle. Lay 50 - 100 cartridges on a tray lined with paper towels and spray. Shake to roll the cartridges and spray again. Let dry 5 minutes. Done. I've been doing this for decades with 223 and 7mm mag. Works great. Never a stuck cartridge.

Doea this set deprime/expand neck to set bullet?

If you are referring to a flare or bell being applied to the case such as what is applied to straight walled handgun brass, no. A chamfer / deburring tool is generally the preferred method for bottleneck rifle cartridges. This set does deprime and resize the brass with one die. The second die seats the bullet and apply a crimp if desired. The third die is the Factory Crimp die.
