Easy to use, pastry does not stick. Just be careful when washing - edges could be sharp.

Perfect size for buffet or party . Make sure the coiled strips of pastry are sealed at top and bottom or they will uncurl but you get an even bake being able to stand them upright as opposed to others that I have which have to be baked on their side .
