Didn’t work. Great Customer Service

See video.**UPDATE**I sent the video from my review to customer service and they issued me a refund and a sincere apology. I’m upping to 3 stars because the customer service was excellent but we’re still bummed that we had droopy balloons for graduation.

Balloons and ribbon bad quality and not as pictured
Terrible quality balloons and ribbon. The confetti inside the balloons is not gold, it looks like tan/brown tissue paper and I’ve already popped two trying to blow them up, they don’t inflate to full size. The ribbon is also not as pictured. Thin, one spool, not good metalic at all. More like flat champagne color... haven’t tried the helium yet.

Pricey but did the job!
Helium was enough to fill all the balloons it came with plus 2 large number balloons but a little pricey for the tank. The convenience of being able to fill at home was nice!

Nice balloons and easy to use tank. I blew up about 30 balloons out of the helium tank .

Disappointed
Not very pleased with the amount of helium. It was only enough to blow 18 balloons. I was very disappointed! Not worth the money.
