Vertical Jumping Trainer

Was late due to this Covid situation, but it was at my doorstep when I came home from work last night. Using it as we speak, building up my legs cause I play basketball. I'll use it again later for my martial arts and boxing training. I don't have anything negative to say about this and would recommend if you love to work out.

This is an awesome tool if you are a boxer. I feel sore afterward and feel like my punches are getting faster.

I like the exercise bands, but it was a little hard to figure out at first, which angles to put the bands at. Once you get the hang of it and you get a routine it’s really a great exercise tool helps with speed helps build up with resistance, and I have a sore shoulder. It seems to be strengthening it when I just do lateral exercises.

bands are unreasonably short/tight and I'm not exactly weak, but they make it rather difficult to even punch

I like the bands. The exercise in so many different ways.

Pulls my pants down. Seems tightest (in a good way so far) at the legs.

This product is health, improve my training and stamina

This is a great tool I use it to run with and let me tell you it's improved my legs and power love this tool
