I tried taking 2 caps with breakfast and 2 caps with dinner and did have some lowering of my blood glucose but it never got down to "normal" and the problems with swallowing the capsules caused me to stop taking them after a couple of weeks. I went back to them about three weeks later and had the same problems swallowing so I stopped completely after a week. I often felt "queasy" about a half hour after taking them and did not at first attribute that to these capsules but when the symptoms persisted when taking them and was totally absent when I did not take them, I attributed that to the capsules.

After a few doctor appointments with blood draws, I've discovered that my glucose levels are getting too high.Wanting a natural way of lowering my blood sugars I thought I would try StemSugar.I have 3 weeks before my next Dr's appointment and blood tests. I'm hoping I see at least a little difference with only taking this for 3 weeks.Since I just started taking StemSugar, I will have to update this and report what my glucose level was 2 months ago and what it will be at the beginning of Nov.Keeping my fingers crossed that my numbers are down.

I really like how this product explains the insulin process - you get an education with your purchase. And I have heard cinnamon is excellent for helping control blood sugar and cravings.So I started taking it but so far I don’t see a huge difference. But I will see how it goes and update this review if I see changes.

I bought it at April and best by date is 07/2019. Meaning that I only have 3 months to the expiration date. Did not liked it.
