Excellent feel, modulation and performance
My new Ultegra brakes/brake pads were squeaking when paired with my Dura Ace 9000 C24 just after 50 miles. Not only was it annoying, but as a heavier rider, they did not provide a lot of confidence under hard braking (I live on top of a steep hill to boot). After about 400 or so miles, I got tired of cleaning the residue left by them and began searched forums for an alternative. The SwissStop GHP2 pads were pretty well recommended, and I can see why.Honestly, the GHP2 pads were a little tight to install on the brake shoes, but after riding them for about 200 miles on similar routes, I can say they were worth the purchase and effort. They stop on a dime, have excellent feel and haven't squeaked yet. They provide a lot of confidence at the end of a fast decent and the modulation is great. If you are having issues with your current brake pads, I suggest you give these a try!Note: they come in two pairs for a total of four, and pay attention to the arrows when installing them

I wanted to like them.
I used Yellow pads on my aluminum wheels for around 2 years. And I was happy with them. Since yellow one's are not exactly for alloy I bought the green one's. I had enough of them after 2 months. First of all I don't feel like they stop effectively. My rims got black after 2 weeks of use. I attempted to wash my rims with plain water and pads started squeaking (front and back wheels). It's very disappointing, I'm ordering Kool Stop Dura, necause my bike mechanic recommend them.

Worth the upgrade
These are easily worth the upgrade over stock break pads. On my first ride post-installation I almost flipped over my handlebars because they stopped so quickly, but they didn't take long to break in to a very nice combination of modulation and stopping power. I'll buy them again.

Good braking. Good wear.
These are the best brakes I've found for the wet, west coast. Grip well in the rain and equally well in the dry. Long wearing, easy to install.

Great stopping...better than OEM
Received the Swisstop GHP2 "green" brake pads on 10/16/14. First of all, the picture is wrong as the pads are now "black" and the model is GHPII. These are the first change of brake pads on my new Trek cyclocross Cronus CX Ultimate (carbon frame). I ride 95% on roads in a very hilly area and commonly experience decent speeds exceeding 40 mph. The old brake pads that came with the bike were worn down to the bottom of the grooves in the pads after 300 miles. These worn pads came with the OEM Avid Shorty Ultimate brakes and were marked as SRAM Swisstop and were black in color. Stopping was dangerous with pads worn that much, so I researched a cyclocross website and the Swisstop "green" pad were recommended, as well as 2 other manufacturers (Kool Stop Salmon-new model now is Black and Salmon, and Shimano Dura Ace R55C3).Just after installation, they squeaked a few milliseconds before fully engaged, then stopped squeaking after that. They are much better than the "worn to the groove" OEM's! These GHPII's stop on a dime! I would say that with using the upper part or the brake (Road style SRAM levers with shifters on the lower part of the brake), I am using less force than before. These are great. Now, we will see how long they last on my aluminum rims.It took some effort and time to slide the pad into the correct position so the 1.3 mm allen wrench pin thread was properly lined up in the treaded area. The GHII pads come with a screw which did not fit my application, but I was able to re-use my pins. By mounting a wide screw driver blade in my vise, I was able to work the grooves in the pad to a correct position so the pin thread engaged properly. Be careful not to strip out the thread on the aluminum brake pad mount.Update: 10/24/14 After putting about 10 miles on these new pads, the brake force effort has slowly increased to about what my previous SRAM Swisstop black pads were when they were new. So I'm now thinking that these only slightly better than the OEM pads. This is "dry" not wet conditions. All is good, though.
